Patience. I know many people hate this, but patience. But what I do to speed up the process:
Get some water and ground garlic, dip your nails in the water and rub the garlic on your nail and cuticle while leaving your nails in the water. After this for about fifteen minutes dip them in olive oil / coconut oil for 10 minutes. It gave me beautiful healthy strong nails!

I would suggest taking biotin! Always helps my nails and hair grow faster.

Thank you, Victoria I will try it. And how often do I do this?

No you can use either one. They won't mix lol. You can do this as often as you want. I will say not everyday, if you do do it everyday than you need to moisturize your nails longer in the oil. I did it every other day for a week and saw results.

Patience is the main one. You always need to keep them healthy, as in no chipping etc. this really effects the growth. For change over a long time, I like Sally Hansen Be-Long, I also use it as a French tip nail polish.
