It kind of just seems like a matte brown smokey eye, probably with a thin line of black liner, black on the tight line and waterline, mascara with false lashes, and the same brown shadow smoked out on the lower lash line as well. Also soft pink blush and a pinky nude lipstick/gloss.

Just an addition to what Alexis said, which I agree with: it looks like brown is quite warm, verging on the orangey side, so look out for a shade that, when blended, looks fairly warm.

Maybe velvet teddy by MAC on the lips with a nude gloss, a light blush, and it looks like a matte caramel color on the lid and under the bottom lashes, tightlining with black eyeliner too! The lid color reminds me a lot of the caramel color in the Amrezy palette by ABH

All matte, white/ivory near brow bone. Medium warm brown in crease and on lid. Looks like eye was lined with black liner, and blended up and out with a black matte shadow.

This is exactly what I'm seeing described everywhere as grunge. You could look for some tutorials for "grunge" eye look or "brown smokey eye."
