I would suggest getting an under eye corrector. I personally like it cosmetics bye bye under eye it's very creamy and easy to apply. bobbi brown is a good brand as well I just like it cosmetics better. And for a concealer right now I'm using mac pro long wear concealer. it covers pretty well, but I've heard great things about the nars concealer and I've really been wanting to try it out!

If you want to cover under eye bags, I find that using a peach colored corrector under your concealer works really well. I use the one from pixi that is found at target, and with Mac prolong wear concealer it works pretty well!

It cosmetics bye bye under eye corrector is great too, I forgot about that one! If you go for that one I'd try it out at ulta because they only have three shades available. The light is almost too dark for me.

Mercedes, Pixi also has a concealer with that peach tint built in at it covers my under eye bag shadow perfectly. It's also a primer! It's called brightening primer and it comes in a little wand that fits oh so perfectly in the place it needs to cover my under eye darkness. It's one step and requires no setting since it's a liquid. It lasts all day.
