I've been reading a lot about micellar water lately and I have to say I am pretty intrigued. Has anyone here tried it and if so what was your experience? I am kind of sceptical of it's claims that it thoroughly cleans skin and am worried to try it as when my skin breaks out it takes a very long time to heal. Opinions or experiences very appreciated!:)

It's awesome. I use bioderma. it's gentle takes all your makeup off, but leaves your skin hydrated. I still follow w/ a face wash, but this stuff is perfect to throw in your gym bag or for traveling when you don't want to wash your face in a tiny, gross airplane bathroom. I've used the boots brand as well, but not as great as bioderma.

Cocoa, it's a water that supposedly cleans your face entirely with no need to rinse or tone afterward! Sounds like a dream come true haha. You just soak a cotton ball or pad with it and swipe off all your makeup, oils, etc. leaving your face clean and healthy:)

I really appreciate your input Jeanette bc tbh I was going to cheap out and just try the Simple one but I probably trust Bioderma more with my uppity skin:)

I've used the avene one for years. It's awesome but doesn't take off waterproof mascara.

Cocoa, the loreal & simple brands are at any cvs, walmart, walgreens, etc... Bioderma I get on amazon since I don't know of any stores in the US that carries.
