My hair is an orange yellow color after bleaching it twice from red I am planning to bleach it again and I want to use toner but I have no idea what kind to use. Please help.

Since this is my third time bleaching my hair should I use 30 developer or 40?

I think 40 is too harsh, I used 30 and it lightened pretty quickly. Its better to wait a bit before you bleach it again. For toner, it depends on what shade you want I used Wella Charm and it worked pretty great.
