I have a St. Ives apricot scrub to use for the rest of my face to get rid of the flakey skin because I have mild eczema. But the driest and flakiest part of my face is around my eyes and I need an eye moustrizer thats very hydrating and that's good for sensitive skin. And an eye scrub that is gentle to use for around my eyes. Please help!!

Don't use a scrub around the eyes. Use vitamin e oil every night.
