Yes Calcium is good especially is yoh drink almond milk which has 50% more calcium but you may have a deficiency (ALWAYS ASK YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE PILLS/SUPPLEMENTS) or a thyroid problem especially if you have weak/thining hair or are experiencing hair loss/Doesn't grow at all. If its something that is not common in you family you may want to get that checked out. BUT if its just maybe your nails are a bit on the thinner side I'd try a strengthing base coat. I love essies get up and grow.

Eat a lot of protein at least 60 grams or more a day , eat a lot of fruits and vegetables , eat grains , and make sure you have a proper eating schedule and nutritional habits

Try this nail soak
Half an orange squeeze it out chop garlic finely and place into the juice wait for your nails to soak in for 5 mins soak your nails in olive oil for 5 mins as well I hope your nails will grow and become stronger 😘😘

Gel nail is incredible and my nails never chip and are so strong. I take calcium which helped me a lot because my nails got bad too.
