Best highlighter for an "inner glow" look?

Hi Everyone!

I am on the hunt for a new highlighting powder. I have used the Cindy Lou-Manizer from the Balm and love it, but have read really great things about Kevyn Aucoin's Celestial Powder and the Hourglass Ambient Lighting palette as well. I am going for a non-glittery, more glow-y "lit from within" luminous skin look. What do you recommend?

I'm a highlighter junkie. While I love my HG Ambient Lighting powders you must check out the OG...the one who was the trailblazer imo...Kevin Aucoin's Celestial Powder. It will give you the look you're seeking.

I'm really in love with my Becca shimmering skin perfector that Janelle suggested but if price isn't a factor I would go with Shelleys recommendation as I have been lusting after that and his contour powder.

Too faced makes a good highlighter...if you are using a cream, you might want to try using it under you foundation.
