Hair:
This was probably the second or third time I had black hair. We had attempted to curl it with hot rollers but my hair doesn't hold curl at all so they fell pretty fast so we just did a simple half up, half down look.
Makeup:
My mom had put a little bit of powder foundation, blush, and mascara on me. This was a few years before I started getting into makeup.
Outfit:
The dress was from Macy's, if I remember correctly, and it was short and I absolutely loved it. I don't remember where the necklace is from but it reminded me of The Heart of the Ocean from the Titanic movie so I called it my Titanic necklace and it had matching earrings. The necklace was SO freaking heavy!
It's so weird seeing how much I've changed since 2008!
QUICK LIFE UPDATE: I made it to New York yesterday. It was a very long journey and there was a bump in the road but I finally made it and I'm settling in just fine (:

Aww you're so pretty! My niece has so many necklaces like that, but hers are plastic instead if actual metal and whatnot lol.

Alma, I had originally posted from the app and it didn't show up. I kept refreshing it but I never saw the thread so I figured it actually didn't post. It wasn't until I got onto my computer and remade the post that I saw the original thread.

I understand that but I'm also giving you a bit of info by letting you know that sometimes you can see your thread from the actual site versus the app which sometimes can be delayed so please next time double check also on the site as well.

Lol. I hate looking back at my middle school self, I had like no eyebrows hahahaha. Thankfully I didn't wear no face makeup or anything til I was about 17 and knew a little bit about it already...but my younger years all I wore was eyeliner, lipgloss, mascara, and plucked my brows. And I mean PLUCKED those bad boys!! Lol

When you have slow Internet you sometimes can't see it all cuz it takes time to download but you might be right service might not have anything to do with it, so maybe your phones out of date? I'm not sure what to tell you keep emailing beautylish, we wouldnt want to stop seeing those beloved duck faces posse thats like your signature look nice, well I'm a get on out of this post to see who else puts there throwback picture on here 😃
