I was wondering if anyone had any professional knowledge and experience on stripping away hair color. I have like 4 different colors in my hair and want to neutralize it and re-dye it 1 color. I will not do this myself, don't worry!! I just wanted to know more about the process and how it damages the hair. do you think there is a better way to get rid of so many hair colors?
Thank you all in advance

I know they sell things box dyes at the drugstores to strip color... Not sure if you're looking for something more professional. Have never used it before but it might be worth researching! Good luck :-)

Try a baking soda lift to suck the color out to avoid damaging your hair.

LOL Thank you emma.
all opinions are appreciated, I don't mind...I'm just going to visit a few salons and talk to the stylists before I do anything I'll regret later.

I think stripping involves opening up the hair and removing all the pigment out so it is a damaging process. However I don't think it is really bad unless your hair is already in a bad state. I'm sure the hairdresser will tell you if trial can't be achieved.
