This sounds more like a medical issue. You're certainly better off talking to your doctor about this, BL isn't the right place for this as most of us aren't doctors. I hope you find out what it is! Best of luck ^_^

Sounds like a boil, or it could even be staph infection. I would go to a doctor to be safe
