ha, this stuff is amazing, I use this in soft beige color and it covers my red scars amazingly, it's called: Tea tree oil concealer stick Photoshoot.

No, it does not irritate my skin, actually since I am using it my red scars are healing better with this product on it :)
Yes, tea tree oil does dry your skin, I do have oily skin so it works ok for me, but the stick does not dry your skin so I think it's ok for dry skin as well.
