I know you two know almost everything about skincare so I was wondering if you could help me out :)
I have been wanting to get a chemical exfoliant (probably from Paula's choice) but don't know which kind to get. I know there are AHA and BHA exfoliants of different percentages but was wondering what kind would be best for me considering I have oily skin and acne.

Sorry for the delay. First time using I would go with a small percentage. There is the Resist Daily Pore-Refining Treatment 2% BHA which will not only take care of existing acne but will also clean out your pores so reduce/avoid future acne. Then there is the 2% BHD Liquid. I believe that one is her most popular exfoliant in her line-up. Another thing to note...tread carefully with chemical exfoliants because too much of good thing can cause more harm than good. When I first started using AHA/BHA I started out using three nights a week and then after about two weeks then I stepped up to every night just to help my skin adjust to the product. If you notice your skin starting to dry up and feel tight then you need to reduce how often you use it. From time to time I'll reach for mine but its a rare occurrence. If my skin starts to look and feel congested then I bring out the big guns.
Also you must apply a moisturizing sunscreen for daytime use or else all the positive results you experience with the exfoliant go right out the window. Hope this helps.
