So my hair is a light yellow colour with bits of silver in it. I have used 2 bleaches and 2 directions silver toners. I'm planning on dying my hair Bombay blue, using a manic panic dye. Would I have to bleach my hair again then apply the blue dye or should it probably just take onto my hair?

You can probably just dye over it

It takes a lot to mess up blue. In my experience, even unevenly bleached/previously colored hair looks amazing with blue. Be warned though, you might end up with a slightly greener blue. Also, I haven't had good experience with Manic Panic in the past because it fades from my hair so quickly. I always use Special FX dyes and recommend them for long-lasting, vivid color.
