Hey guys, so I was wondering if heat protectant products for your hair when you're using an iron etc.actually work and protect your hair..?

I'm pretty sure they do, either way they also help keep your hair straight/curled for longer, make it look smoother& shinier, and make it softer :)

To an extent. I always used a heat protectant but after years of straightening my hair all the time I finally just had to stop.
