Can anyone tell me the best way to put mascara on that is really pretty and clumps less?

Use a mascara that doesn't have a thick formula, I'll list a few: Maybelline the rocket, Covergirl lashblast, Covergirl lashblast fusion, Rimmel Scandal eyes, Milani total lash cover, Loreal voluminous butterfly, Loreal voluminous million lashes :]
A few tips: don't apply a lot of coats, "wiggle" the wand through the lashes on the last coat, and only apply it to the top of the lashes once (if that makes sense?$
