I'm not the best at putting on eyeliner, and I was wondering what type is the easiest to use??

Gel would be my first pick also, since it's easily to control and easier to clean up if there is mistake :)

Gel or felt tip
for gel I would use Loreal since maybelline smudge a lot
and for felt tip I use the smashbox
