I have oily skin and I want foundation that can last the whole day, or at least 14 hours with a little retouching. I'm not looking to spend more than $25 on foundation.

NYX set it don't fret it is a GREAT translucent finishing powder for oily skin! I use just a drugstore powder for coverage, but then I apply this finishing powder and it makes my skin stay matte and soft all day. It's only $10 and I swear by it!! :)
