I think your length is fine, maybe add some layers, or even bangs. I think your hair would look beautiful black! Or a purple burgundy, maybe a deep red but not vibrant.

Honestly usually I like dark colors on people but I think you'd look super pretty with blonde hair! And maybe side bangs if you like them? :) I'd keep the length long but if you want it shorter I think it would look good too!

I don't agree with a full head of blonde, but highlights would look great! Maybe a caramel color highlights? Definitely bangs though.

I'd say side bangs is a definitely do. As far as color I agree with Shanae. A purple burgundy or dark red! :-)
