Hi I'm going out to buy an eye shadow palette today but out of the three I'm looking at I'm not sure what one would be best for blue eyes, I'll attach the pictures of the shadows.

I think the 2nd or 3rd would be best :) also I have the first one and the colors aren't too pigmented so I just wouldnt recommend that one in general lol.

I don't recommend Covergirl eyeshadow in general, they're cheaply made, very chalky and not pigmented.

I agree with Shanae I would get a Maybelline quad or wet n wild if you're looking for drugstore eyeshadows

I like number 3. I prefer Maybelline over cover girl. But I have one of the cover girl quads and I like it!

Almay and Physicians Formula makes eyeshadow specifically for blue eyes, you should check them out :)

Well for blue eyes copper tones/brown are perfect, so are deep purples of your feeling glitzy. The eye enhance line in Covergirl has mascara that I recommend as a base. It's pigmented slightly to contrast the specific eye color to make it pop and make your whites of your eye whiter. Here's a pic if you want to look into it more:
