Pimples by my period?! How does this work! PLEASE HELP.

I've had my period for many years and just recently, I've had THE WORST breakout before my period. I don't know why and it's very frustrating. Any help or ideas? My cheeks don't get pimples ever but my forehead and chin are just soaring!

It's common. I don't know of anyway to stop it except just keep up your skincare routine. Your period causes an increase in hormones resulting in acne.

Its hormonal and it will go away, just don't bother them too much(:

Don't worry Sav, I get breakouts to around my time of the month, try doing your normal skin routine and maybe a facial, find it helps me heaps and clears all the oils and dirt off and then I really scrub my face using my skincare supplies. And moisturizes also :) hope I helped and best of luck Hun! 💜
