To bleach or not to bleach?

I want to do a pastel purple on my hair, should I bleach it more or should I dye it like this? Also what colour would it be if I toned it?

I agree with Hailey, when I dyed my hair purple I had it bleached all the way to white before dying it. I actually made it grey for the first week so my hair cuticles would close and then I dyed it purple.

Yes, to achieve a pastel colour of any kind your hair should be platinum blonde at the least

To achieve pastel colors you need to achieve white bleached hair doll 😊. When I colored my hair pastel pink I had to make my hair almost white. If you decide to go this way, I suggest constantly conditioning your hair and use hair masks love😊

I'm not sure about that. I've done pastels with a blonde a little bit lighter than yours but just to be safe you should go a bit lighter (please don't damage your hair while doing so)
