I'd say the 239, it looks fluffier and a bit bigger, I think the 242 would be better for using concealer since its flatter.

I don't want it necessarily for pigments just for powder eyeshadows. What I meant is that I don't want it for cream eyeshadows specifically I want it for powder eyeshadows like MAC's ones.

I would like a brush that can apply color well to the lid and then I will use a blending brush in the crease and to blend out
