I am thinking about purchasing "up the amp" lipstick and I was wondering if it would look good on my skin color. I am an NW 45. Also, what lip liner would you guys recommend? Thanks!

Up the Amp wouldn't look bad on you, but I think Violetta or Fusion Pink would make your lips stand out more. (Seems to me Up the Amp would be a bit more subtle on darker skins.) For a lipliner to go with it, MAC l/l in Magenta or NYX Slim Lip Pencil in Purple Rain. (Or go with Fuschia if you go with Fusion Pink.)
