I think it'd look good since there's not a piercing parallel to it, and it's not "on the same side" as other piercings, which I personally don't dig.

I personally think it would be too many piercings in one area. Maybe place a sticker rhinestone or some kind of fake stud and see if you like it.

Personally I haven't ever been a fan of bottom lip piercings, I don't know what it is lol so I don't think so :( however you could try your septum? ;)
