Business class negotiation attire?

For my business law class I have to meet a partner and do a negotiation. It's just one on one but we are told to act the part and of course try to win. I wanted to dress semi professional but I didn't have the time to do laundry and only have leggings. Lol. Any cute semi professional outfits I can do with leggings?

Something like this would be perfect. Leggings with heels or flats with a button up or a cute top and matching blazer.

Thanks! I only have a long shirt that's similar to that but it doesn't have sleeves and a short blazer. would that look funny?
