Cystic acne? Help!

I've just got this smallish patch of cystic acne on my jawline. I've never had cystic acne before... Does anybody know any causes? Also how do I make them go away?:(

If they are bad I would recommend going to a dermatologist.

They aren't bad, they're just kinda there and its annoying.

I get spots of them a lot :( I use a silver mask to pull all the crud out. But don't pick at it. I did when I had them and they bled and I had an ugly scab on my face. So wait until it comes to a head before popping it.

Apply heat to it. do it for a few days it'll come to a head and then you can apply whatever you do with pimples.
