I personally switch shampoos so super often, but I always always look for shampoos and conditioners that are sulfate and sodium chloride free. A good cheap option is the L'oreal EverStrong line, which I adore. It smells so great and just makes your hair super clean and soft. A more expensive option is the Alterna Caviar line, which is just so wonderful...It leaves my hair soft, clean, shiny and makes my scalp feel wonderful. Alterna and L'oreal are probably my favorite haircare lines, actually.

I personally hate the Loreal shampoo & conditioners.
I've used it for the past two-three months and it did nothing but make my hair super tangled, not soft one bit and my hair just looked hideous.
I switched back to my dove shampoo & conditioners and they work AMAZING!
smells great, super super soft & great if your hair gets tangled easily. (Like mine)

I use Pureology and I am soooo in love with it. I have very thick, curly hair and it is hard for me to get it soft and clean.
