Would shiny black hair fit me well? And what style of bangs do you suggest?

I think it would suit you, I'd go with a warm black, not on the blue side. I'd like to suggest very short or Bettie Page bangs, since you have wavy hair.

P.s. you'll probably want to darken your eyebrows slightly (or rather make them look cooler toned), maybe a grey/taupe toned eyeshadow will do.

I think you're one of those lucky people that would look good with anything you chose lol. I think a wispy straight across bang would look super cute, and Black would look great. I'd do jet black or a plum black.

A more natural brown/off- black would be a good transition, but yes. Dark hair would be lovely. Keep in mind that darkening your hair color comes with the added bonus of changing your eyebrow kit/getting an eyebrow kit.
