Hey ladies I have a hair appointment today at 4pm and I don't know what I should do to my hair. I want to dye it but not sure what color or get highlights and I wanna cut it. any suggestions?

Any of these amazing longbobs would be perfect! anf for the colour you could either go with a natural ashy tone, or add a platinum blonde balayage to it or if you wanna go with a daring colour teal would.be great :)

You could switch up the part to a middle maybe and see if you like it, I think the teal would look amazing (if your work permits it of course). But I quite like your hair color right now so maybe shorter layers or ombré
