I have formal coming up and have no idea what to do for makeup. This is my dress and I have black heels I am wearing with them. I would like to incorporate silver eyeliner into it.

Or you could, you know, just match your makeup to your dress. Red glitter!!

I like this eye look, you could change it up however you want. Of course, don't look at the sharpie brows.
