I like the second one more also, what do you use to do these? I do regular face charts but I think it'd be cool to try them digitally too :D

I think they need a lot of work, but practice makes perfect. On the second one I'm not a fan of the dark contour on the sides of the jaw, its a bit confusing.

Your second one needs more light to it. Right now it kind've looks monotoned like when you just put a full coverage foundation on someone. It needs a little life to make it look realistic. Keep practicing, you'll get it :)
