No not really, I think they do cater to all sizes but finding a good pair of jeans that fits perfectly is hard, I'm a regular sized person and struggle with finding the perfect pair of jeans

I don't care for their clothes much either I'm plus sized and at a size 15 but at forever 21 I'm size 16 and they will fit but completely fall down it just doesn't make sense how their jeans are cut

This is why I don't go to forever 21. I go to kohls, ross, and places like that, their in between sizes are perfect.

I have fallen in love with Burlington Coat Factory, Shanae. They're jeans are off brand but the styles are always amazing. Plus they fit my shape. lol

I don't think it's just a thicker girl problem, jeans are difficult to find for most people. I'm a size zero, but anything that fits my curvier hips will be too big around the legs. I've resorted to stretchy jeans from American eagle or garage. Life savers I swear!

Literally ditto what Olivia said. I bounce between a 0, 2 and 4, depending on the brand, type of material, and style. Finding the perfect pair isn't easy for anyone.

The jeans at f21 are not the best. I agree with brittany, their cuts and sizing isnt good or correct. I'm a soze 5/26 and I always havr to go up two sizes.

I hate how they size things but I like their black skinny jeans. They are really stretchy and not too long. They aren't the perfect fit and I need to go up a few sizes but I don't have to keep pulling them up like I have to do with other jeans.

Plus I don't think anyone considers girls who are thicker. I also find that people forget that girls have boobs, I have to get my shirts a size or two up just so I can breathe, but then I have so much extra material at the bottom.

The only fault I find with f21 jeans is that they are pretty saggy in the butt area. But then again my figure is straight as heck so it doesn't surprise me.

I feel like forever 21 is for if you need a cute top or dress for super cheap, or basics. I don't think you can go in there and expect something, whether it's jeans or not, to be high quality and good fitting. That's just not the type of store they are. If you want better luck with jeans and more sizes, then you need to look at other stores. Simple as that

Ohhh myyyy goooood yeess! I'm 5'9, have a small waist, and huge hips/butt/thighs! I agree with not fitting into regular clothes but the plus size being waaay to big! I hate it so much! >:(

I love their jeans. They fit me perfectly. I'm a size 0, 1, or 3, depending on the brand. I like how their jeans are customizable for hip/waist ratio etc, at least at me?, because I have a small waist and very curvy hips with a pretty nice bum but skinny legs. I find they fit me perfect.

I find that F21 and Most popular stores sell clothes mainly for thinner more visibly appealing (according to society) people especially girls. Ice found absolutely adorable blouses at F21 and had to move up from my normal size just to have the right and comfortable fit. I'm not skinny and I'm not "fat" not am I a normal size. Their jeans mostly fit but are often too short on the ankle. Kohls has okay blouses that mostly fit well if you can find a good one but their jeans are unbearable. Way too small. I'm normally a size 5 in jeans but their 5s feel like 1s and I'd have to jump to much higher sizes to feel at least a little comfortable. I suggest going to the smaller trendy shops within the mall. There's plenty to find and they often will have better clothes that will fit more comfortably and sometimes be cheaper. :)

I'm a size 10 in my legs and a size 7 on my waist (Australian sizes). So yes I feel your pain but what can you do.. I don't think it's the store itself being the issue, I think it's hard to find good jeans anywhere.
