How can I achieve mint green hair. I purchased ion mint semi permanent hair color. It didn't take well it rinsed out immediately my hair isn't a level 10 blonde but it's blonde so what are my options?

You have to use bleach and really lift your hair. A honey blonde is not light enough. If you look at some of my pictures you will see where I tried to do teal on honey blonde once. Didn't get the results I wanted.

If you want vibrant color like this pink I had your going to have to bleach and not use relaxer. Just flat irons and lots of deep conditioning. Good luck.

I would suggest using a 10 develop and the Clairol stage 7 lightening packets, you'll just have to leave it on for 45 minutes. since your hair is blonde already, you don't have to bleach your hair. You just need to lift it to a white blonde color and leave the color on for awhile, that what I Did when I had bright purple hair.

I use 20 developer with the stage 7 lighting pack today on my tips and got this color in about seven minutes. Queen E. wouldn't 45 minutes be kind of long since her hair is already blonde? You might want to go to a professional hun.

And since it's only 10 developer 15 minutes isn't too bad since you have to go to a very light blonde to get a mint color. Oh and Ema D, that's really pretty on you. Also Meme W. it's going to be a lot of work taking care of bleached hair. It gets really brittle and dry, no matter how long you deep condition and how much you moisturize it.
