Creating The "arch" in eyebrows

I have very short eyebrows and it doesn't create a nice arch it's just short and slightly curves, was the best way to create that arch? I get my eyebrows threaded and they don't really emphasize in the arch no matter what I tell them. eyebrow pencils are too dark since my eyebrows are light and it doesn't look "natural" Any tips?

If pencils are too dark you can use powder, eye shadow works great as long as it's matte!

Let your brows grow in and try getting them waxed, or go to someone else for threading! Or yes use a matte eyeshadow 2 shades lighter than your hair color and fill your brows in using a small angled brush!
