How can I style this shirt instead of just wearing it simple to my orchestra concert.

Maybe you could wear a black skirt and wear your hair half up half down and add a white bow and wear some casual shoes like converse.

You could wear it with pants and add a matching blazer on it. something that would make you look classy and casual at the same time. Add some accessories too and some curls in your hair would complete the look.
