I'd go with white, silver, or nude heels.

For makeup maybe a purple lip with neutral eyes or very colorful eyes with a nude lip.

For hair I think an elegant updo would look gorgeous (:

I really like 6, 7, 9, 11, and 14! Of course 11 without the bandana! I would do a red lips and a silver eye-shadow.
