Should I loose weight? If so, does anyone follow an amazing eating and workout plan?

I am 5'6" ish and I weight 125 lbs. I have a small bust and rather think legs (or so I think) and wide hips... I wear a size 4.

Last week I partially started to see my ribs but now I'm fine? Help!

Healthy eating and exercise are part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If you're a size 4 then there's absolutely no need for you to lose weight.

I don't understand why you're asking this? your a size 4 and seeing your ribs. your skating on dangerous ground here asking for diets and work out plans. you don't need to lose weight. however if YOU think you should lose weight then you need to see a doctor...

Just start a exercise regime with strength training so you can tone up and tighten up. you have a body I would kill for.
