Smart/casual party problem - Slight emergency:\

I'm going to my dads friends (who he hasn't seen for about 6 years) 50th birthday party tomorrow (in a hall, it starts at 7pm and ends 11pm) BUT I have a problem. Basically, we are going to a big homestore (Ikea) beforehand and I can't go home to change because we are going straight from Ikea to the party.
I have very little idea on what to wear, something that is party-like but won't look incredibly odd whilst walking around Ikea.

If you girls can suggest anything, that'd be great! I wear everything and anything, so any suggestions would be great.

I'll find a few possible options and post them, but I don't think there'll be much:\ it's freezing over here (in the UK) and there's a good chance that I'll be on my period (due tomorrow but it dependant on what time it comes), so I don't really want to wear skirt. I'd have to wear tights if I wear a playsuit.

#1 blue playsuit (navy with cream collar).
#2 black playsuit with white hearts on the top. White collar. Sorry for the rubbish picture, only one I have.
#3 Black leggings and a white chiffon shirt? I have one with elephants on it which is pretty fab.

Any other ideas and opinions would be so useful, shoeswise I'll be wearing black Polley Dr Martens:)

same for #2.
I personally think the shoes wouldn't look right with the outfits but that's just me.

Les - Thank you! I've worn the shoes with all the outfits before and I liked them together, but then again my style is very much random so you're probably a better judge than me! I'm going to try it with other shoes but might wear my Docs:)
