You can break out from stress correct? I never break out but recently I have but I have been super stressed with school and social life. I haven't used any new products so is this what is causing me go break out?

Yes you can breakout from stress but don't worry about school and your social life.. Everything is going to get better.. If you have time.. Try doing calming exercises and have a few minutes for yourself before you're going to do work or anything like that.. If you believe in God , pray that everything that you're going through will be better..

Yes yes yes. When I went through a break up my face was horrendous which made me stress even more and ugh it was terrible. When I cried my tears would sting my acne. :( bad time. I had to focus on relaxation and distraction.

For sure, if your looking for a natural stress relieve try sinking a cup of camomile tea a day. Drink it about an hour before bed, since it will also make you sleep better and feel sleepy.

Yes, I usually break out when I'm stressed. Now I handle my stress way better so it doesn't happen as often. Try to find ways to relieve your stress, its not only affecting your skin, but your whole body!
