Frizzy hair when curled.

My hair ALWAYS gets frizzy when I curl it. I've tried combing through with hairspray, frizz ease spray and gel, and Argan oil. Nothing helps 😩. Any tips??

Dry your hair with a old soft t-shirt instead of a towel..sounds weird but towels can be rough on certain hair types.
