Covergirl 3 in 1 for neutral undertones?

Does this foundation provide shades with a neutral undertone to it? I'm having so much trouble trying to find a foundation with my undertone, usually they are all too orange (probably because I'm so oily they oxidize) or pink. I believe I'm neutral, but my friend thinks I have a yellow undertone. Is it possible to have both? Anyway, here's a picture of me at the moment, sorry my skin is not in its best condition! My veins are blue, green, and purple in my wrist and I like to think I can pull off both gold and silver!

I would say go to the store and have a look that's the best way :)

This foundation oxidized on me so I wouldnt recommend it :/

Ok, I went to the store. I think buff beige is the closest, what do ya'll think? @Gabby, unfortunately I've heard it does that on quite a few people, but if it does I can return it! Is there any foundations you recommend? (:
