How do I care for my undereye circles when I'm sick without using concealer or makeup or anything like that? Please help!

You need a color corrector.

If your dark circles are genetic then there's nothing you can do about them.

If they're not then you can diminish their appearance by getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, and sleeping slightly propped up.

Oh I totally didn't even read it. I'm sorry haha! I agree with Alexis. Especially admit the sleep and water!

Put spoons in the freezer and then put them under your eyes in the morning

When I'm sick I just let it run its course because its not worth the headache of applying anything. I just focus on proper skincare...a moisturizer and eye cream...the bare minimum. Plus, drink a ton of fluids and rest.

Try a cooling gel pad or ^ like Emma said, a good 'ol spoon ;). It de puffs. Also, if you'd like to try a brightening eye cream it will help diminish the appearance of the eye bags. Ex. Origins Ginzing cream.

You can also use a brightening under eye cream. No color but helps with the looks of dark circles :)

Took all of these ideas in to consideration and I am already looking better (not so much feeling better) and one product I found was the proactive+ eye brightening serum works like a charm.
