Every time I shave I get little red bumps and you can still see little black tiny spots from the hair I shaved. I shave against the grain and always apply neutrogena body oil on my legs right after. I've used different types of razors and shaving cream but the problem continues. I see all these beautiful girls with beautiful legs and I want the same for my legs am I doing something wrong?

I usually shave in the same direction of my hair first, and then in the opposite direction. It usually helps because I have really sensitive skin. Also, I use olive oil (sounds weird, but works great) on my legs right after I shave and that helps fight any redness or bumps too :)
