Ok so as you can tell by the title I am a vegetarian And i have been looking into glycerin lately and noticed that it is in practically everything! Even my laundry detergent and every soap I own! Any way around this? Tons of my makeup has it

You can always make your own homemade soaps and things although that requires a lot of work or you could try to find products that do not contain glycerin. Or you could simply just look past the fact that these items contain this and just stick to not consuming animal products.

Try ordering from Lush, there's also some great sellers on Etsy.com, maybe there's some local soapmakers in your community?

Glycerin is a byproduct of all soap making, weather it was made with animal fats. Most companies just stir it back in cause it stops the products from being to drying to the skin.

I meant to say weather or not it was made with animal products:-) Even 100% vegetable based soaps produce glycerin.
