Well a good trim to get rid of the ends will be good start, and hot oil treatments will help

try using an egg mask, i have really bad dry/fried hair and i use it, it makes your hair super soft n shiny, also helps with split ends.

1 egg and a teaspoon of olive oil is great for dry, damaged hair! Leave it on for about 20-40 mins twice a week & it helps a lot!

I would highly recommend a deep repair mask like the Moroccan oil mask or Aussie and the Moroccan and Aragan oil and the redden ain't I snap leave in conditioner. All can be purchased at ulta or target except the Moroccan hair mask

Mix a tablespoon of baking soda with your shampoo wash your hair with that twice than wash it with your regular shampoo the third time, also try using less heat to your hair try braiding it scrunching it or putting it in buns and I use Tresemmé Split Remedy and I always get compliments on my hair (:

Don't put oil on your scalp only on your ends so that it balances out the oily/ dry hair :). Get a good shampoo and conditioner so that your hair can restore and you will definitely need to cut what's more damage because hair cannot recover from chemical damage.

Hey luli, not to demean any of the great advice you received but there's really only one way to repair hair that's been beaten to a corpse. I have bleached, dyed, keratined continuously and found myself with dry frizzy dull hair. Since I'm vain I couldn't accept this fate so I read up on the higher end products that sephora, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, and other beauty stores provide. So I recommend this and i swear if it doesn't work then your not doing it right!
1. Renee furterer Paris you can find the line on amazon, it's not too pricey but does wonders. Since you color id suggest the okara protect color shampoo AND followed with Renee furterers Carthame, a nonrinse protective cream (I swear on this specific product)
2. Next you need to invest in some Moroccan oil shampoo and conditioner if possible, the stuff will bring your hair to life it's extremely nourishing and helps repair damaged ends. They also have a color protection option.
I hope you could use some of these send me a message if you have any questions 💋
