Well get your:
normal conditioner
Water
Spray bottle
Mix water and conditioner together inside the spray bottle.
Spray it on your hair until its nearly damp/wet. Right after you damp/wet it, tie your hair into a bun (doesn't have to be perfect!) and then do whatever you have to do with your day! After an hour or until you feel like its a little dry enough , take the bun out and you'll have amazing curls that won't frizz up as bad! This is how it looks when I do it.

If you don't like your curls then why not straighten it every once in a while? The natural curls are gorgeous though.

oooooh shizz, your natural hair texture is gorgeous!
Your situation reminds me of one of my girlfriend's, and no matter how often we suggested for her to leave her hair down, she would end up putting it in a bun. However, she's slowly startinf to break out of that habit by using mousse and hairspray to style it after it's wet, and that can lead to a few options in hairstyles:
side braid
parted to one side
side ponytail
and productswise, you could try out an anti-frizz hairspray(Im assuminf garnier has something like that or aussie products.

I also have thick curly hair and I let my hair air dry for about twenty minted after i take a shower. They I squeeze (not rub a towel wildly around my head. I have found that creates more frizz). After I squeeze water out I put about a penny to nickel sized amount of Moroccan oil through out my hair. Then I add a dime sized amount of redken fresh curls. Lastly I add a little bit of Moroccan oil to some la looks nutra curl gel (adding the Moroccan oil reduces crunch) and I run that through my hair and scrunch it. Trust me it looks like it takes forever but once it airdromes some it only takes like five or ten minutes.

When I said then I squeeze I meant then I squeeze my hair out with a towrel. And where I said airdromes I meant air dries.
