I am gonna go to dermatologist this weekend and i am planing to have my acnes cleaned is it harmful for my skin?

If you are going to a proper dermatologist it should not be too harmful, though I recommend before doing anything drastic, try reducing makeup, and using homemade facial masks ( honey and yoghurt)

be careful a friend went to get that done and the derm left a scar on her face (the crater type)
