How do I grow my hair??? I cut it two years ago really short and its still only just above my boobs. Any tips on how to make it grow faster?

Nothing really can make/help your hair growth process faster.
If you just want to grow it out, then just dont cut it for awhile more (yes, waiting sucks butt, I recently got my hair layered and shortened after growing it out for a year n' a half and the length barely reaches my boobs) and make sure you continue to take care of it. Some people's hair grows faster than others, so patience is key.
