It's really great to hi light under your eyes. It works best on deeper skin tones.

The banana powder works best on darker yellow toned skin. If you are more pale with pinky toned skin the powder can look yellowy and off-tone.

The white balance on that photo is off so the color of your skin in that photo is probably not real-life accurate
Also, what do you want to buy it for? I use it all over to set my foundation then dust off the excess & it leaves a great glow on my face - but I know many people buy to use it under the eye area for that Kim K look. I'm NC25 & it's not light enough for that effect on my skin. And from the looks of it, we might be around the same shade (different undertone, however) so it probably wouldn't work very well as a highlight.
Ben Nye Luxury powders are fantastic in general. They are very soft, very smooth & just all around amazing. Based on what we see in that photo, I think Banana would be too yellow for your skin. You seem to have more a neutral tone. Ben Nye carries a lot of great shades in these powders though. I also own Cameo & it's great under the eyes for a light-med skin girl. =]
